When we were looking for a church home, one of the things that attracted us to Woodsedge was the Children's Ministry. We loved the fact that the church considered the spiritual growth of children just as important as the spiritual growth of adults. Not too long after becoming members of Woodsedge, we were asked to fill in for a 2nd-grade class because they were short on volunteers. Little did we know that serving that one Sunday would lead to us regularly serving in the Children's Ministry for the next 6 years. It was so exciting to follow that 2nd-grade group until they became 7th graders. It is exciting and fulfilling to be one of many who plant seeds in the lives of these children. Our commitment to serving in Fifty6 is still strong after 6 years because Woodsedge's Children and Student ministries are dedicated to helping young people learn how to build their lives on the love of Christ.
