Starting January 22
This class focuses on equipping couples of all ages to navigate the complexities of marriage and parenthood through a biblical perspective. In this class, you’ll be encouraged to continue growing into who God has called you to be, as a spouse and as a parent, and you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other parents. Come join us on the journey to strengthen your marriage and find support as you shepherd your children to know and love Jesus.
The two books that we will go through this Spring are:
• The Five Love Languages
• How to Really Love Your Child

This class will meet each week from Sunday, February 5 to Sunday, May 28.
Join us each Sunday to connect and encourage each other in our journey for spiritual growth and community fellowship through God’s Word. Our group consists of women of all ages and stages of life. We believe that studying the Word and sharing life together allows opportunity for deeper connection to Christ and each other.
The spring session begins on February 5.
Merge is an eight-week course that prepares seriously dating and engaged couples for marriage by addressing common challenges from a biblical perspective. It's a chance to seek wisdom and receive counsel about marriage in a safe, fun, and authentic environment. Teaching and small group interaction help couples grow in relationship with God and each other. For more information, or to register, please visit woodsedge.org/merge.
The next session will begin on January 29.
BLESS Your Community
Have you ever wanted to get to know your neighbor a little better, but weren't sure exactly how to do so? Have you ever felt "stuck" after taking the step to pray for someone, unsure of how to move the conversation to sharing your faith or even how to interact with that person afterwards?
God has blessed us to be a blessing!
And the good news is that knowing what to do and having the confidence to do it is something that can grow and be developed! B.L.E.S.S. will provide some simple principles and tools to help you learn how to serve your neighbors and share your faith.
You will learn:
- a biblical foundation of the Father's Heart
- how to pray strategically for those around you who are far from God
- principles and tools to share your story and God's story
- examples and ideas to engage, love, and serve your community
- Each session of the training builds upon one another, therefore it is preferred that you attend all sessions.
The next session will begin on January 15.
Beyond B.L.E.S.S. is an interactive, follow-up training to B.L.E.S.S. that offers next steps on the journey to becoming a disciple maker! Jesus modeled a process and principles for His disciples to follow, under the power and direction of the Spirit, so that they would know how to carry on His work. Likewise, we need to equip others with a process to follow and simple tools that will help every follower of Jesus be equipped to multiply every step in the process.

WoodsEdge Institute classes are offered on Sundays and begin each fall and spring semester. While formal education through Bible colleges or seminaries have great value, we believe that the time and cost of something like seminary resources should never be a barrier to people in the church being equipped to be effective in ministries. We|institute is for those who are either already engaged in ministry, or have a desire to be equipped to engage in ministry. For more information on course offerings and to register, go to WoodsEdge.org/we--institute.
