WoodsEdge sends teams each year to serve alongside our field workers and ministry partners to help bring relief in crisis situations and encourage the work. Short-Term Trips offer the best opportunity for a new perspective on God's heart for the nations. We long to see every member of WoodsEdge participate in a Short-Term Trip each year by going, giving, or leading!

Thank you for considering joining a team and going on a short-term mission to bring hope to the world with WoodsEdge. We invite you to apply to one of our teams below! Please note that all applicants should be regular attendees of WoodsEdge Community Church and live in Houston or surrounding areas.

To ensure Short-Term Trips are beneficial for our field partners as well as those on the team, individuals applying should meet the following requirements:

1. Be a follower of Christ

2. Be a member or regular attendee of WoodsEdge

3. Demonstrate an understanding of the gospel, how to share with others, and how it propels us to go to the nations

As an associate member of MissionExcellence, we are committed to applying the 7 Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission to all teams we send out.
