Events Director (Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Events Director will support the planning and execution of high-quality events, such as ministry-related events and conferences, festivals, church-wide events and conferences, and staff-related events. This staff member will aid in the management of logistics, presentation, production, audio/visual needs, materials support, project scope, and be involved with registration and attendee tracking, as well as pre- and post-event evaluations.
Associate Pastor of Communities
Position Summary
The Associate Pastor of Communities is responsible for developing and providing pastoral leadership for all areas of Community Groups ministry. The role includes training, teaching, coaching, equipping, and modeling shepherd ministry, providing pastoral care for group leaders, and communicating the mission and vision of WoodsEdge Community Church. The Associate Pastor of Communities is also responsible for coordinating with other ministry leaders to integrate Communities’ ministries into the larger strategy of the church.
Missions Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will act with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects. The Administrative Assistant will perform, coordinate, and oversee administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support.
Video & Light Technician
Position Summary
The Video and Light Technician will oversee all lighting and video technical aspects for services and special events at WoodsEdge Community Church. This position will be responsible for designing, operating, and maintaining the lighting and video elements of our live events, ensuring that they enhance the overall atmosphere and effectively convey the message of our services. This role will be responsible for the recruitment and training of the lighting and video teams. They will also assist in all church wide AVL projects assigned to the Tech team. This position requires a passion for excellence in technical production, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
PreK-K Coordinator
Position Summary
The PreK-K Coordinator is on the Early Childhood Ministry leadership team and is responsible for equipping the PreK-K teams through weekly Sunday preparations and other ministry requirements necessary for pointing families to Jesus.
Nursery Coordinator
Position Summary
The Nursery Coordinator is on the leadership team of the Early Childhood Ministry and is responsible for enlisting, equipping and scheduling Sunday teams in designated age group as well as weekly Sunday preparations.
KidsEdge Preschool Teacher
Position Summary
KidsEdge teachers provide Christ-centered care and education for our week-day preschool. School days are Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Position Summary
JOYBridge workers provide Christ-centered care during events at WoodsEdge Community Church. We have flexible opportunities for Wednesday evenings, Sunday mornings, and other scheduled events throughout the year.

Prayer
Fundamental to who we are as a church and a staff team is prayer. Taken from Matthew 21:13 where Christ states, "It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer’". At WoodsEdge, we seek God first for everything we do. We set aside every Tuesday to pray together as a staff team and dedicate our Wednesday evening service to Prayer and Worship.
Outside the Walls
"Outside the walls" is a term that encompasses our desire to look beyond the walls of the church into the neighborhoods, communities, cities and nations beyond. Wrapped up in that simple phrase are the principles of missions, discipleship and service to all people.
