No matter where you are at in your journey, it is our desire to see everyone at WoodsEdge be a disciple and disciple others. This is the cornerstone of our five year vision and we base this expectation on the final command of Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:
“Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
As we consider this command, it prompts us to ask some very convicting questions: Am I a disciple? How do I make other disciples? Where do I have to go to do this? Which commands should I teach others to obey?
If you don't know the answer to some of these questions or have never walked through the process of discipleship, we encourage you join one of our many groups as we come alongside one another in this journey.
I would like to speak to someone about discipleship.
